Chief Oil & Gas Acquires Acreage in Bradford, Lycoming, and Sullivan Counties in Pennsylvania
Wexford, PA - November 11, 2013 -- Chief Oil & Gas recently announced a lease acquisition in Pennsylvania of approximately 5,000 acres located in Bradford, Lycoming, and Sullivan Counties.
Chief Oil & Gas has over 135,000 acres currently under lease and plans to continue its development program in Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna and Wyoming Counties in Pennsylvania. Chief currently operates four drilling rigs in the region and anticipates an increase in 2014.

We are committed to a long term investment into the area, and we are actively pursuing additional leases in the region.”
This recent lease acquisition is part of a multi-phased growth plan for Chief Oil & Gas in the Marcellus Shale region.
